ABOUT DE HOOFTZAAK

De Hooftzaak is a strategic organizational consultancy specializing in strategy development, business development, change management, quartermastering / trailblazing and interim management. Founder and driving force behind De Hooftzaak is Corstiaan Hooft.

Corstiaan: "I founded De Hooftzaak because I feel the urgency to contribute to solving complex and urgent societal issues".

After my industrial design studies, I gained 30 years of internationalwork experience at various multinationals in packaging development, innovation, business, sales and change management. One of my strongest suits is co-creating within the ecosystem and accelerating strategic execution.

In various roles, I have learned that real impact is only made by working together. My experience in the field of design thinking, my broad knowledge and my enthusiasm give me the weight to create economic, social and ecological value through innovative and smart solutions / problem-solving.
